ABOUT ME
I have healed from many illnesses and conditions and continue to pursue healing from the greatest challenge of my life, "bipolar disorder."
I may always travel on a healer's journey, and it seems to me that we don't ever finish with healing. But we can come to a point where it is time we offered assistance to others.
EXPERIENCE
I have learned much as I pursued my own healing and now I am offering help to others, , , most especially to you who experience chronic depression and mania. . . and to you who have been labeled by psychiatry.
I have been helped by many disciplines, most especially by Traditional Medicine, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Mindfulness, Quaker Practice and Bipolar Breathwork.
